The 73rd edition of Miss Universe is fast approaching, with 130 contestants from around the world preparing to compete in the planet’s most famous beauty pageant. Each representative will participate in various stages of the competition, including personalized interviews, national costumes, evening gowns, and the always popular swimsuit round. The contestant crowned Miss Universe 2024 will succeed last year’s winner, Sheynnis Palacios of Nicaragua, who took the title in San Salvador, El Salvador.
This year, the competition will be held in the dynamic city of Mexico City, Mexico. The Miss Universe 2024 festivities will officially launch on Monday, November 11, with initial events for each participant. The preliminary competition and the National Costume Show, which honors each contestant’s country of origin, will take place on Thursday, November 14. With much excitement building, this year’s pageant promises to be a memorable celebration of beauty, culture, and international talent.
